Ziggy is my senior cat of thirteen years. On 2 August we rushed to the Belo Horizonte Emergency Vet Clinic with pyometra. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $700. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Belo Horizonte Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
