Esther, my wife, passed away on 27 September after a stroke. She was 58 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $400 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 4 October. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Esther to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt. Where the $400 goes: • Memorial gathering for the family: $35 • Transport of the deceased: $25 • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $340 If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
