Help Shirin save Buddy - surgery needed

Buddy is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 11 September we rushed to the Khulna Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Khulna Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
