Help Shireen start the school year with the right tools
Shireen earned a place in Year 11 at Pretoria Science Academy; we're $200 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Year 11 at Pretoria Science Academy, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $200, which is more than we have.
I love biology and want to become a pilot. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $200 goes:
• Laptop: $105
• School uniform and shoes: $55
• Textbooks and workbooks: $35
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $5
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Updates from Shireen
Thank you all. We're at 27% now ($53). I'm honestly stunned. I made the first payment toward school uniform and shoes.
Small update. $38 so far, the first invoice got paid this week.
