Help Shinji afford 20 counseling sessions
A course of weekly cognitive behavioral therapy for Shinji could change everything; the cost is $1,500.

After the loss of my brother, Shinji has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Shinjuku Counselling Collective cost $85 each.
Shinji has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Shinji could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Shinji, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• 20 therapy sessions: $1,200
• Psychiatric assessment: $280
• Workbook and resources: $20
Every share and every dollar helps.
