Help Shawn replace the fuel pump and return to work
Shawn drives for a living in Anaheim, and a broken fuel pump has stopped all income for 5 weeks.

I make my living with my pickup. 5 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,800. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,800 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $1,450
• Towing and inspection: $170
• Labor charges: $180
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
