Serhiy was diagnosed with a hernia that has become strangulated in June. The surgeon at Saint Petersburg Orthopedic Institute recommended laparoscopic endometriosis surgery, and He is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,900, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $1,750 short.
my father has been in and out of Saint Petersburg Orthopedic Institute since June. The doctors say a hernia that has become strangulated will get worse without laparoscopic endometriosis surgery. Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Serhiy.
The list at the bottom is the whole picture. surgeon and anesthesia fees is the biggest at $640. Good question.
