Help Sérgio through 10 rounds of treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma
Sérgio is facing Hodgkin lymphoma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Sérgio was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in March. The oncology team at São Paulo Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Sérgio is 57, worked as a bank teller until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to São Paulo Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,050
• Scans and lab work: $300
• Transport to São Paulo Cancer Centre: $160
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $110
• Household costs while unable to work: $380
