Sergio is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at the Ciudad de México Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,400.
The registrar has said Sergio can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Sergio has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Sergio would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Sergio isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Ciudad de México Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $790
• Final term tuition: $500
• Exam and lab fees: $25
• Textbooks and materials: $85
