Coco is my dog of eleven years. On 10 September we rushed to the Addis Ababa Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Coco, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Coco is more than a pet - Coco is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients.
