Help Selam lay Lemma to rest with dignity in Addis Ababa
After the sudden passing of Lemma, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.

Lemma, my uncle, passed away on 29 September after a sudden heart attack. He was 26 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $600 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 7 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Lemma to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.

• Transport of the deceased: $65
• Funeral home services and casket: $490
• Memorial gathering for the family: $45
