Help Sebastian restart a bicycle repair shop in Katowice after a long illness and repossession
A bicycle repair shop in Katowice needs help replacing a full set of tools after a long illness and repossession.
Anywhere in the world709 views
For fifteen years I have run a bicycle repair shop in Katowice. In August, a long illness and repossession took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Replacing a full set of tools: $380
• Initial stock: spare parts: $290
• Shop repairs and licensing: $110
• Working capital for the first month: $270
Thanks for reading all this.

4% there. I met with the supplier and confirmed the amounts. Thank you. - Sebastian
Good news. Because of your gifts ($25 in total) I made the first payment toward replacing a full set of tools. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely. - Sebastian
