Pepper is my three-legged dog of six years. On 4 August we rushed to Brampton Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,450. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $340 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Brampton Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
