He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650. The registrar has said Sandeep can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Sandeep has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Sandeep would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
