Help Salvador lay Jimena to rest with dignity in Mérida
Jimena passed away on 24 May; we're raising $2,000 for a respectful funeral in Mérida.

Jimena, my wife, passed away on 24 May after a stroke. She was 41 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $2,000 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 2 June.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Jimena to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Mérida hospice.
Where the $2,000 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $1,400
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $390
• Transport of the deceased: $70
• Memorial gathering for the family: $140
