Help Sabina save Willow - surgery needed

Willow is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 30 June we rushed to the Kathmandu Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Willow is more than a pet - Willow walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
