Sabina was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in September. The surgeon at Bogra General Hospital recommended spinal decompression surgery, and She is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,200, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $950 short.
my daughter has been in and out of Bogra General Hospital since September. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without spinal decompression surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,200 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Sabina struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 7 weeks. During that time Sabina won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
