Help Ruby save Archie - surgery needed
A rabbit named Archie needs orthopedic surgery - a $2,050 bill the family can't cover.
🇺🇸 United States773 views
Archie is my rabbit of three years. On 7 April we rushed to San Diego Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,050.
They have stabilized Archie, but the treatment can't wait beyond June.
Archie is more than a pet - Archie got me through my hardest year. I have already put $210 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to San Diego Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,050 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $880
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $790
• Medication and follow-up visits: $200
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $180
Thank you for reading my story.
