Help Rowena finish a law degree at Cebu City Community College - $750 to go
A first-generation student, Rowena needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a law degree.

Rowena is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a law degree at Cebu City Community College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750.
The registrar has said Rowena can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rowena has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rowena would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Rowena isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Cebu City Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
