Help Rocco replace the transmission and return to work
Without my school-run minibus Rocco cannot work; a $750 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 6 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $750. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $750 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $130
• transmission replacement (parts): $470
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $150
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
