Help Robert through 12 rounds of treatment for colon cancer
Robert is facing colon cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.
🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom837 views
Robert was diagnosed with colon cancer in December. The oncology team at London Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in March. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Robert is 55, worked as a nurse until December, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to London Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $4,950 goes:
• Transport to London Cancer Centre: $390
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $3,950
• Scans and lab work: $610
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Wishing you peace. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We're a small family in Contagem but we're thinking of you.
