Help Rina replace the transmission and return to work
Without my tuk-tuk Rina can't work; a $300 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 10 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 2 children. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $300 goes:
• transmission replacement (parts): $185
• Labor charges: $45
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $40
• Towing and inspection: $30
With deep gratitude,
Rina
