Help Ricardo replace the gearbox and return to work
Without my food truck Ricardo cannot work; a $1,550 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my food truck. 10 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,550. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,550 goes:
• gearbox replacement (parts): $950
• Labor charges: $200
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $260
• Towing and inspection: $140
Thank you so much.
