Help Rey keep the Community Pantry pantry stocked
Rey runs a volunteer pantry feeding 115 families; this fund restocks shelves for the rainy season.

Since 2019, our volunteer team has run Community Pantry every Sunday from the back of a community center. We started with 20 families, and now we feed 115 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 46% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 14 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Makati market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $650 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $220
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $230
• Baby formula and diapers: $125
• Refrigeration and electricity: $75
Thanks for being kind about this.

Thinking of you, Rey. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Greetings from Sydney.
Hang in there, Rey. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. God bless.
Wishing you peace. Hope you get there. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Manchester
Praying for you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Envigado.
