Help Rémi replace the transmission and return to work
Rémi drives for a living in Poitiers, and a broken transmission has stopped all income for 8 weeks.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 8 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,350. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,350 goes:
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $270
• Labor charges: $280
• transmission replacement (parts): $800
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thanks for sharing this, Rémi. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I have a 8 year old who wants to send good wishes too
rooting for you. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Blessings!
