Help Rekha save Pepper - surgery needed

Pepper is my three-legged dog of eleven years. On 23 September we rushed to Aurangabad Veterinary Centre with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Aurangabad Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
