Help Rasika replace the clutch assembly and return to work
Without my school-run minibus Rasika can't work; a $300 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 10 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $300 goes:
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $30
• Towing and inspection: $20
• clutch assembly replacement (parts): $250
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending love. Small businesses are the heart of Dehiwala. Hope you're open again soon. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Ottawa.
good luck. I hope things turn around soon. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
