Help Rajan keep the the Harvest Pantry pantry stocked
Rajan runs a volunteer pantry feeding 285 families; this fund restocks shelves for the winter.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Monday from the back of the parish hall. We started with 29 families, and now we feed 285 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 37% this winter, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 16 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Pune market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $350 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $150
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $70
• Baby formula and diapers: $90
• Refrigeration and electricity: $40
With deep gratitude,
Rajan

thinking of you, Rajan. Shared it with a few friends. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Thinking of Pune.
Sending love. Shared it with a few friends. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Islamabad
