Help Rahul with an overdue gas bill before winter

The gas account is 3 months behind. Rahul received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in March. Rahul called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
