Help Rahima keep the Community Pantry pantry stocked
Rahima runs a volunteer pantry feeding 274 families; this fund restocks shelves for the summer.

Since 2023, our volunteer team has run Community Pantry every Friday from the back of a community center. We started with 16 families, and now we feed 274 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 60% this summer, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 8 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Saket market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $450 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $100
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $210
• Baby formula and diapers: $70
• Refrigeration and electricity: $70
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

wishing you peace, Rahima. Your post was clear and honest. Love from Nizamabad
Praying for you. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry
Hope it all works out, Rahima. I hope things turn around soon. My neighbor in Fresno donated after I showed her your page.
Take care. Shared this with my family. I hope June is when things finally get easier. Blessings.
