Help Radha restart a laundry service in Thane after the demolition of the market
Radha has run a laundry service for three years; the demolition of the market destroyed the equipment, and $700 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a laundry service in Thane. In December, the demolition of the market took two washing machines and a dryer. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 3 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $700 goes:
• Replacing two washing machines and a dryer: $480
• Shop repairs and licensing: $95
• Working capital for the first month: $125
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Sending love, Radha. Small businesses are the heart of Thane. Hope you're open again soon. Blessings.
Small businesses are the heart of Thane. Hope you're open again soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Blessings.
keep going, Radha. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double!
Wishing you peace. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. We're a small family in Caloocan but we're thinking of you. Love from Caloocan.
Thanks for sharing this, Radha. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of Thane
