Help Putri with an overdue gas bill before summer

The gas account is 4 months behind. Putri received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Putri called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
