Help Prakash save Rocky - surgery needed

Rocky is my senior cat of eleven years. On 5 July we rushed to the Pune Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky got me through my hardest year. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Pune Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
