Help Pilar afford 20 counseling sessions
A course of trauma-focused CBT for Pilar could change everything; the cost is $500.

After the miscarriage, Pilar has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Puebla Wellbeing Centre cost $30 each.
Pilar has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Pilar could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
