Payal is facing early-stage lung cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Payal was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in June. The oncology team at Lucknow Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Payal is 53, worked as a hairdresser until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Lucknow Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
