Help Paulo with an overdue heating bill before summer
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Paulo needs $200 before September.

The heating account is 4 months behind. Paulo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $200 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in May.
Paulo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Paulo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Paulo's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
