Paulo runs a volunteer pantry feeding 223 families; this fund restocks shelves for the harvest gap.

Since 2023, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Thursday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 16 families, and now we feed 223 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 51% this harvest gap, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 20 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Campinas market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $700 goes:
• Baby formula and diapers: $90
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $470
• Refrigeration and electricity: $140

Quick update: $250 raised so far (36%). I met with the wholesaler and confirmed the amounts. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
