Help Paul through 6 rounds of treatment for stomach cancer

Paul was diagnosed with stomach cancer in May. The oncology team at Machakos Cancer Centre has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks. Paul is 27, worked as a farmer until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Machakos Cancer Centre 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
