Help Paul save Hazel - surgery needed

Hazel is my three-legged dog of two years. On 16 August we rushed to the Kakamega Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
