Help Patrick restart a small grocery stall in Reading after a long illness and repossession
Patrick lost a cold-storage unit to a long illness and repossession and needs $3,300 to reopen a small grocery stall and support the family.

For four years I have run a small grocery stall in Reading. In July, a long illness and repossession took a cold-storage unit. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $3,300 goes:
• Replacing a cold-storage unit: $2,500
• Initial stock: fresh produce: $390
• Working capital for the first month: $410
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I have a 15 year old who wants to send good wishes too
Sending love, Patrick. Small businesses are the heart of Reading. Hope you're open again soon. Sent it to 39 people at work. Take care.
Sending good thoughts, Patrick. Hope you make a strong comeback. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry!
