Help Oonagh replace the fuel pump and return to work
Oonagh drives for a living in Dublin, and a broken fuel pump has stopped all income for 3 weeks.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 3 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $115
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $920
• Labor charges: $215

Thinking of you and your family. Looking forward to the next update. I'm in public service myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. All the best.
How is Oonagh doing now?
stay strong, Oonagh. This could happen to any of us. I have a 17 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
Hang in there, Oonagh. Small businesses are the heart of Dublin. Hope you're open again soon. We're a small family in Bangkok but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Dublin.
so sorry you're going through this. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I hope November is when things finally get easier. Blessings.

stay strong. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust
