Help Nour keep the Community Pantry pantry stocked
The Community Pantry pantry in Cairo is running low just as demand rises; $250 will stock it for 12 weeks.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run Community Pantry every Wednesday from the back of the mosque courtyard. We started with 15 families, and now we feed 75 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 38% this summer, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 20 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Cairo market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $250 goes:
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $140
• Baby formula and diapers: $85
• Refrigeration and electricity: $25
Every share and every dollar helps.
