Noor is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a computer science degree at Riyadh Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,650. The registrar has said Noor can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Noor has a 3.6 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Noor would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Noor isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Riyadh Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
