Help Noel with an overdue gas bill before the rainy season
Noel is behind on gas bills after an unexpected car repair and needs $800 to avoid a shut-off.

The gas account is 4 months behind. Noel received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $800 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Noel called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $105 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Noel is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $800 goes:
• Electricity arrears: $560
• Reconnection and late fees: $95
• Down payment on a payment plan: $145
