After the loss of my brother, Noel has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Manila Counselling Collective cost $20 each.
Noel has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Noel could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Noel, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
