Help Nnamdi with an overdue heating bill before summer

The heating account is 4 months behind. Nnamdi received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Nnamdi called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes three children under ten, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
