The water account is 3 months behind. Nittaya received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $250 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Nittaya called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available. The household includes three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe.
