Help Nicolás through 12 rounds of treatment for stage 2 breast cancer
12 rounds of treatment are planned at Iztapalapa Cancer Centre; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Nicolás was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in August. The oncology team at Iztapalapa Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in December. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Nicolás is 52, worked as a tailor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Iztapalapa Cancer Centre 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $3,950 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,700
• Scans and lab work: $210
• Transport to Iztapalapa Cancer Centre: $310
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $130
• Household costs while unable to work: $600
