Help Neslihan with work-permit appeal filing and attorney fees
A work-permit appeal deadline is approaching and Neslihan can't afford the lawyer.

Neslihan is facing a work-permit appeal. The hearing is scheduled for June, and the filing fees and the lawyer's retainer come to $1,050. Three legal-aid offices have said their waiting lists are longer than the deadline.
Neslihan has all the paperwork ready, and a caseworker at a local immigrant rights clinic has confirmed that the case is valid.
If the deadline is missed Neslihan could lose the right to stay with the family and the job. The children were born here and this is the only home they know.
Funds cover only the filing fees, translations and attorney retainer.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Attorney retainer: $830
• Filing and biometrics fees: $140
• Certified translations and document copies: $40
• Court-appointed interpreter and travel: $40

Sure. The biggest one is attorney retainer, $830. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. I'll keep the page updated.
