After a house fire, Neema has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Kampala Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each. Neema has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Neema could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Neema, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
